Dear performing arts patron,

On behalf of the Headwaters Council for the Performing Arts, I would like to invite you to “COME TO THE MUSIC” and be part of our 27th concert series.

This season, we have secured a musical extravaganza that is sure to appeal to everyone of all age groups. You will be captivated right from the start as we present a tribute to the four lads from Liverpool who changed the face of rock and roll forever. We then give you a taste of classical music – but with a twist… you will be amazed when you hear what can be done with stringed instruments. And in response to many requests by our current patrons, our stage will come to life with an internationally known Celtic/Irish dance troupe. A special Christmas concert,  a show to remember the ’70s and classic male chorus harmonies lead up to our season finale which salutes three of the biggest names in entertainment – Dean, Sammy and Frank as you remember them from their days as The Rat Pack.

In addition to our season series, we are also pleased to announce the second season of the Northwoods Community Theater, our new local, live theater group. They will perform “A Christmas Carol: The Radio Play” December 12, 2009. HCPA is also pleased to offer an exciting show band – New Odyssey, as a stand-alone performance Friday, Feb. 26, 2010. Reserved Seat Tickets will be available separately for each performance.
